Founded in 1741 the RMA Woolwich was a British Army Military Academy for the training of Officers and the Royal Artillery.

Durkan Group bought the Woolwich site by public tender in 2006 and TURNKEY GRP LTD have had the pleasure of working in this partnership to help create 334 Houses and apartments, including 150 for a housing association.
