DJS GROUP Contracts are employed to deliver refurbishment projects for Local Authorities and Housing Associations through long term frameworks and one off contracts.

By engaging with residents to facilitate resident choice and considering their needs we build relationships to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Internal works include kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, disabled adaptations along with electrical and mechanical upgrades to meet current standards.

External works include Lateral Mains Electrical upgrade, communal decorations, rendering and pointing.
